Terms of use for the AI twin
Last updated 29 October 2026
The site offers one service by electronic means: a free conversation with my AI twin. These are its rules.
Who provides it
Nikita Pokryshko, Warsaw, Poland — nick@elponi.com.
What it is
The AI twin is an AI system — Anthropic's Claude — that answers questions about my work in my voice, from what I have written on this site, and can show you the work and take you around the site. You are talking to software, not to me.
Its answers are generated and can be wrong or incomplete. They are not statements of the companies I have worked with, not offers, and not commitments on my behalf; nothing the twin says creates an agreement. For anything that matters, write to me.
What you need
A current web browser with JavaScript and an internet connection. The microphone button also needs a browser with speech recognition and your permission to use the microphone.
Starting and ending
The service starts when you send a message and ends when you close the chat or the tab. There is no account and no fee. To keep it available, the number of messages is limited, and it may be paused or refused.
Acceptable use
- Don't send unlawful content, and don't try to make the twin produce it.
- Don't send other people's personal data or your own sensitive data.
- Don't overload the service or use it to harm anyone.
Complaints
Write to nick@elponi.com with what happened and when. I'll answer within 14 days.
Personal data
How the twin handles what you send is described in the privacy notice.
Changes and law
Polish law applies. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer. A change to these terms applies from the date shown at the top.
