Accel Health is an AI co-pilot for healthcare recruiting — matching doctors with clinics. I led frontend and design as the founding frontend contractor.
Problem
Medical hiring is slow and fragmented. Busy clinicians needed an interface that felt effortless while complex matching logic ran underneath.
Approach
Launched the web app from zero on Next.js 14: frontend architecture and project structure, a scalable design system built from wireframes, AI-assisted matching workflows, analytics, mobile responsiveness, and handoff documentation for the team.
Outcome
